Yes, Keep Me Certified is a fully accredited online real estate school by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. Our school Provider/License number is 1014 and each of our continuing ed courses are also individually approved.
Not a problem. Our course was produced in 4 and 3 credit-hour course topics. You can register for a course package or a-la-carte, one at a time.
Yes, our system remembers where you left off so if you log out and back in to continue a video that you have not already completed, you can fast forward and rewind within the portion of the video that you have already seen. You can do this by clicking in the video progress bar in the video player.
You will immediately be able to download an individual certificate upon completing all of the modules in a course. You will also immediately receive an email with a copy of the same certificate. Occasionally our emails get filtered to your spam folder so be sure to check there too.
We take many of the same security measures as major online retailers to ensure the security of your credit card number. You will notice that our website is delivered over https which is a secure transfer protocol. We also do not store your credit card number on our servers.

Just like watching a show on Comcast, Netflix, or Hulu, when something goes wrong simply refresh the page and you should be all set to continue from where you left off. To refresh on a PC, push Control F5 (the f5 key at the top of your keyboard). On a Mac refresh the page by pressing Command Shift R. Our system will remember where you left off but you can also fast forward back to where you were.
Generally this is a "self-healing" process, but if it does not fix itself you can refresh the page and even fast forward back to where you left off. From a pc, the best way to refresh the page is by hitting Control F5 on your keyboard. On a Mac hit Command R. That does a full refresh on your browser. To fast forward, you can click on the "progress" bar that pops up when you hover over the video as it`s playing. Our video based course is for South Carolina real estate brokers and salespersons who need to complete 10 credit hours of continuing ed. We do not currently offer the mandatory topic for "Brokers-In-Charge".
We submit all completed credits to the state through CE Broker the Monday after you complete them. All credits are timestamped to the date you completed them, so the state is notified of the exact date you completed each course. Licensees are required to renew their real estate license directly with the state. We also keep your records in our database if you need a copy of your certificates in the future.
